After hiring a professional organizer and documenting every step, Nicolette built a system anyone can follow. Every product here is tested in real closets, real pantries, and real kitchens — chosen for how well it works, not just how it looks on a shelf.

This is what happens when a closet is set up to actually work.
Not just look good on day one — but make getting dressed easier every single day.

Hiring a professional organizer completely changed how this space functions. Everything has a place, nothing feels overstuffed, and the layout finally makes sense for how I live. Calm, intentional, and no longer a black hole where clothes go to disappear.

These don’t look like cutting boards until you actually use them.
They sit out, blend into your kitchen, and somehow make the whole space feel more elevated.

They’re made from solid acacia wood, work hard when you need them, and double as decor when you don’t. Functional, beautiful, and one of those pieces that makes everyday kitchens feel thoughtfully styled.

I didn’t set out to turn my bathroom into a spa, but here we are.

It started with a few small upgrades and turned into a space that actually feels calm, elevated, and somewhere I want to spend time instead of rush through. Soft lighting, warm towels, and little details that make everyday routines feel more intentional.

Swipe through for the subtle changes that made the biggest difference — proof you don’t need a full renovation to completely change the vibe.

NEW SERIES - I hired a professional organizer so you don’t have to, and here’s where she said to start. it’s step one people, save this video for when you start!

STEP 1 - DECLUTTER

- Declutter + purge into three categories - save, donate, throw out
- Do it in phases to prevent being overwhelmed, small victories = progress

- If it’s worn or pilling, get rid of it

- If you haven’t worn it one season, get rid of it If it’s not serving you anymore or doesn’t match your current state, get rid of it. No dust collectors

- Make a pile for “maybes” to try on and either keep or donate/throw out

- Space plan before ordering - measure, get quantities to make sure things fit + get used

Part two coming soon! Maybe send to a friend who needs it too 🤭

Home organizing, decluttering, January home refresh, new year purging
This is one of those kitchen items that quietly fixes an everyday annoyance.

No tipping.
No sliding.
No wrestling with paper towels when you’re mid-clean.

It went viral for a reason and sells out every time it comes back. If your counter setup drives you a little crazy, this is one of those small upgrades that immediately makes the space feel more functional and put together.

SAVE this post if your closet feels full but still isn’t working the way you want it to…
This is Part 2 of my closet organization series, where I’m breaking down tips on how my professional organzier grouped and placed everything so it’s easier to maintain long term:

- Reimagine your closet and plan where you want things to live
- Place the clothing items you wear most in the most accessible spots
- Slim hangers aren’t a necessity, but they help everything hang at the same length and can create more space
- Organize like items with like items (cardigans, jackets, and sweatshirts together)
- Keep short-sleeve and long-sleeve blouses together (separate by sleeve length and/or color if you’d like so things are easy to find)
- Put all short dresses together and all long dresses together
- Store seasonal items in bins if you have room, or toward the back of your closet for an easy seasonal swap

January is when the pantry either starts working for you… or actively works against you.

This reset was about visibility, flow, and storage that actually makes sense day to day.

When everything is easy to see and easy to put back, the system holds. Grocery restocks are faster. Nothing gets forgotten. It’s one of the simplest ways to make your kitchen feel more functional for the year ahead.

I didn’t hate my fridge because it was messy. I hated it because it was inefficient.

This setup fixed that. Clear zones. Easy access. No digging, no forgotten food in the back, and way less mental load during the week. It’s one of those January resets that quietly improves everyday routines without adding more upkeep.
